We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration. But if you unfortunately have to, this is our refund policy.
Canceling Special Early Registration Package:
Cancellation of the early registration packages before May 31, there will be a $100 charge including the credit card processing charge.
If you cancel after June 1, there will be a $200 charge.
Canceling Regular Registrations:
Cancellation of regular registrations before May 31, registration paid will be refunded minus $35 credit card processing fee.
If you cancel after June 1, no refunds will be given.
Also note, that if you have paid for a registration for another person, that registration is considered a gift and can only be cancelled by the person to whom the registration was given.
