Our lovely hotel is at an undisclosed location in Piscataway, NJ

You will make your hotel reservations when you book your registration. All reservation changes must be made through Customer Service at cs@tesfest.org.

Please make sure your contact information is correct, including your phone number. If anything changes, it is the attendees’ responsibility to update Customer Service.

Reservations for the hotel will have a 3-night minimum stay, checking in on Thursday and checking out on Sunday. Additional nights may be added if needed.

• 206 newly renovated guest accommodations and suites
• 24-hour “Corner Store” with sundries, snacks, and beverages

TES Fest 2026 Hotel Room Refund Policy

You have up to 30 days before the start of the event to request a refund; these refunds close after June 2, 2026.
From June 3, 2026, through June 26, 2026, all refund requests will need to go through the Event Chairs for possible approval.  
After June 26, 2026, no hotel refunds will be offered.
