NEW HOTEL BOOKING PROCESS:

The Host Hotel will be reaching out to attendees who have indicated they will be staying at the Host Hotel, and by marking “Yes” on the registration form.. If there are multiple people staying in the same room, only one person should mark “Yes” on the registration form. This person will be the contact for the Host Hotel. The Host Hotel has a dedicated concierge team who will be calling registrants who marked “Yes” on the registration form. Please be aware of a phone call from New Jersey. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. General staff at the front desk are not able to book rooms during our event. 

Reservations for the hotel will have a 3 night minimum stay checking in Friday and checking out Monday. Additional nights may be added if needed.

If you need to add the hotel after registration, contact customer service directly at customerservice@tesfest.org with the name, TES Fest registration number and phone number of the person who needs a hotel room. The hotel will contact you.

Please make sure your contact information is correct, including phone number. If anything changes it is the attendees responsibility to update customerservice@tesfest.org
