1. To register, log in to the Member Portal to purchase your TES Fest tickets. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you purchased your TES membership. Use your regular member login info. Email customer-care@tes.org if you have forgotten yours.

2. Confirm Your Email: Check your inbox for a confirmation email and follow the link to set your password.

3. Log In: Click this link to log back into the Member Portal  

4. Complete Purchase: Follow the instructions to complete your payment.

TES Fest 2026 Registration Refund Policy:

100% Refunds available until 90 days before the start of the event
75% Refunds available from 89 days until 60 days before the start of the event.
50% Refunds available from 59 days until 30 days before the start of the event.
No refunds issued after 30 days before the start of the event
