TES Fest 2026 is pleased to offer four scholarships to promote inclusivity and provide opportunities for individuals who may face barriers to attending our four-day convention. TES Fest is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge, build community connections, and experience a life-changing weekend.
Award Categories:
- One scholarship based on financial hardship
- Two scholarships for BIPOC individuals
- One scholarship for a transgender person
The scholarship package includes:
- Full event registration for the recipient and a 50% discount for a companion.
- A 50% room credit for a standard room at the host hotel (registration and hotel promo codes will be provided).
- A one-year TES membership with all associated benefits and privileges.
Please note that transportation and meal expenses are not included. However, the hotel offers reduced-price meal ticket packages.
Application Process:
Please submit your completed application by March 23rd at 11:59 PM.
Applications will be reviewed by a panel of TES Fest staff, the TES Board of Directors, and community members representing each specified group. Notifications will be sent by April 1st. Selected recipients will have seven days to confirm their acceptance and pay the remaining hotel balance; otherwise, the scholarship will be awarded to the next qualified applicant.
