TES Association Inc. and TES Fest 2024 COVID-19 Policy

Effective Date: 11/1/2023

At TES Association Inc. and TES Fest 2024, the health and safety of our community members, staff, and participants are of utmost importance. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented the following policy to ensure a secure environment for everyone attending our in-person events.

Vaccination Requirement:
All attendees, staff, and participants must provide proof of receiving the base COVID-19 vaccine and one booster shot before attending TES Fest 2024. This policy is in line with current public health recommendations and aims to reduce the risk of transmission within our community.

Exemption Process:
We understand that there may be valid medical or religious reasons preventing some individuals from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Those seeking an exemption must contact Chairs@tesfest.org to initiate the exemption review process. All exemption requests must be submitted no later than May 1st, 2024.

Exemption Review Process:
The exemption committee will carefully review all exemption requests and notify individuals of the decision within a reasonable timeframe. Approved exemptions will be granted on a case-by-case basis, and those with approved exemptions may be subject to additional safety measures and protocols.

Compliance:
All attendees, whether vaccinated or exempted, are required to comply with all other event policies and any additional safety measures deemed necessary by the event organizers.

Policy Acknowledgment:
By attending TES Fest 2024, all participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to this COVID-19 policy. Failure to comply with the policy may result in denied entry or removal from the event.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we prioritize the health and well-being of our community. This policy will be regularly reviewed and updated based on the latest public health guidance.

Thank you,
TES Fest 2024
